To recruit and manage staff for a range of client campaigns such as sampling, mystery shopping, events and roadshows, PeoplePeople selected Bluegrass Digital to design and build a recruitment and staffing database system for their business. The web-based application today manages the entire recruitment and event management process. The database handle registration through their website, approval and selection, advanced search, staffing booking and reporting. Additionally, there is a staff extranet facility to allow users to select dates they are available to work and submit timesheets online.
Bluegrass underwent a lengthy planning and requirements assessment process before design and build of the project. The web-based application was developed using the Microsoft.NET platform with Microsoft SQL Server to provide for powerful database capabilities and SQL reporting.
