The mission of the Ombudsman is to receive and consider complaints against subscribing members and to resolve such complaints through mediation, conciliation, recommendation or determination.

Bluegrass have had a long standing relationship with The Ombudsman, providing website services, email marketing and IT support. The current website was built many years ago and seems to be serving them well.
