“We are very proud of the team, and we’ve come to expect nothing less as the standard set is consistently high. They’re a passionate, hardworking bunch and it shows in all that they do.”¬†– Mark Hawkins, Director of Operations.

Bluegrass pride themselves on consistently encouraging the growth and development of their team members’ skillsets, by offering online training courses for all employees and nurturing one of the company’s core values of ‘Developing Innovation’.
